This category honours the brand that most effectively held an in-person, online, or hybrid business event to engage with its audience and achieve key business objectives.
Our jury will consider creativity, innovative tactics, and the variety of engagement options that helped increase audience interaction. In addition, judges will review your engagement strategy, key metrics, and KPIs for the event’s objectives.
Here is the guidance around what your submission should include:

In this category, we also want you to highlight the event experience through a mix of virtual and live event elements, the level of personalised experience, and seamless technology integration that facilitated participation between live and virtual audiences (for hybrid events)
