This category honors an individual reshaping business/marketing within their firms by disrupting industry models and familiar ways of working. Our jury will consider the disruptor’s demonstrated evidence of acting as an ‘intrapreneur’ within an organization by identifying opportunities, bringing new ideas, and driving positive change. Judges will also consider founders disrupting industry models. The disruptor could be a newcomer in the industry or a company that has been operating for several years.
Here is the guidance on what your submission should include:
A brief overview of the disruptor’s company (size, location, etc.)
A description of the marketing challenges the disruptor addressed

Any challenges the disruptor faced and how they overcame them
Evidence of success demonstrating the impact it made on the company’s bottom line/commercial business impact
Any relevant client testimonials/quotes
A brief statement explaining why the disruptor should win this award
Supporting materials such as documents, creative assets, links, and other marketing assets
